Chad Ford, Manager
As the manager of the Stakeholder Information Management (SIM) department at Communica, Chad Ford is responsible for organizing and managing the work done in the department and ensuring SIM clients continue to receive a high level of support and services from Communica. He has experience in public consultation and public advocacy.
Laurie MacDonald, Analyst
Laurie MacDonald has more than 10 years of experience in information and record management. Having worked on some of the largest stakeholder relationship databases in Canada, Laurie has a uniquely high level of regulatory SIM experience which she uses to provide accurate and reliable SIM support for clients. She also has had experience in client/customer relations and office administration and management.
Ruby Hui, Analyst
Ruby Hui has a Commerce degree from the University of Calgary specializing in management information systems with experience in creating databases and websites along with strong programming and information entry skills. As an analyst she often works directly with clients in interpreting and tracking complex communications between clients and stakeholders.
Marina Spahlinger, Analyst (Bilingual)
Marina Spahlinger has an MA in Languages (English, French, German) specializing in International Studies and Economics. She has strong information entry skills, being proficient in multiple stakeholder data management systems and tracking a diverse range of communications between clients and stakeholders. As an Analyst, Marina provides the highest quality of information management to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Garrett Bowden, Analyst
Garrett has a B.Sc. degree in Health Information Science from the University of Victoria. He also has experience with information system design, a variety of software, knowledge transfer and report writing. His most recent work experience was as a Systems Analyst with MedAccess in Kelowna. He was responsible for compiling data from multiple sources, creating templates for software users, working to engage stakeholders for information gathering, and writing reports.
Twyla Tracey, Analyst
Twyla has a background in business analysis/administration and customer service, as well as strong analytical and research skills. She has worked at TransCanada as a Business Analyst, creating spreadsheets and word documents, entering data for reports, and identifying opportunities for process involvement and enhancement. She also worked as a Well Data Administrator at the Energy and Utilities Board, where she verified and maintained data integrity between three mainframes, and reviewed and edited reports.
Greg Gutowski, Analyst
Prior to joining Communica, Greg Gutowski worked for Mount Royal University, where he researched the strategy formation processes of some of the world’s largest oil exploration companies. He has worked in data collection, analysis and report writing and, as an undergraduate, presented his extracurricular research at national and international conferences. Later this year, one of his papers will be published in Emerald’s International Journal of Commerce and Management. Greg has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mount Royal University.
Hayley Williamson, Analyst
Hayley Williamson has strong client services skills as well as experience in information entry. As a dedicated SIM resource, her experience in operating various stakeholder relationship databases helps provide increased responsiveness to clients. She has also assisted with database audits, is proficient in multiple stakeholder consultation data management software programs, and has worked on tracking, identifying and addressing stakeholder issues and consultation.
